SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND
Ordinance 221-17 authorized the mayor to enter into a three-year agreement with a one-year renewal option with Governmentjobs.com for on-line recruitment, application, applicant tracking, on-boarding, reporting and skills testing software services. The City has used Governmentjobs.com since 2013. Governmentjobs.com, Inc.'s services are the best fit for the City's extensive and specialized hiring/on-boarding process. They offer an affordable, low-risk service with a great return on the City's investment. In addition, maintaining a consistent provider for these services results in significant cost-savings to the City. Accordingly, the City determined they are best suited to continue providing these services.
