SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This ordinance authorizes various year-end appropriations and budget adjustments to the 2025 budget. The attached Schedule A outlines the adjustments, including the impacted funds and departments.
Summary
NOW THEREFORE Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the appropriations and budget adjustments outlined in the attached Schedule A are authorized to amend the 2025 operating and Capital Improvement budgets.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force immediately from and after its passage. The reason for the emergency lies in the fact that the same is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and property, and for the further reason that it must be immediately effective to provide accurate budgetary control within the various city funds.
Vote on emergency clause: yeas 12, nays 0.
Passed: December 16, 2025, as an emergency measure: yeas 12, nays 0.
