SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The Division of Engineering Services, the Division of Water Reclamation, and the Division of Water Treatment desire to disappropriate a total of $7,849,400 from projects listed in Appendix A and move the funds back to the Sanitary Sewer and Water Replacement Funds.
Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the disappropriation of $7,849,400 associated with the projects and account codes listed in Appendix A to the funds listed in Appendix A is authorized.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. The reason for the emergency lies in the fact that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and property, and for the further reason that this Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to disappropriate the $7,849,400 and move the funds back to the Replacement Funds.
