SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This ordinance authorizes the appropriation and expenditure of an amount not to exceed $105,917 from the Sewer Replacement Fund for the TWI Program to pay Black & Veatch for additional engineering services for project modifications related to Contract 2 of the TWI Program in order to meet the requirements for the City of Toledo's Consent Decree with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).

That the appropriation in an amount not to exceed $105,917 is authorized from the unappropriated balance of the Sewer Replacement Fund into Account Code 673L-36000-4XL0914STDSTD and the expenditure of same is authorized to pay for additional engineering services related to the TWI Program.
