The only metrics that I had were what was in the presentation. But here are some more metrics that may be helpful.
Residential Homes Vacant Status per USPS and no Active Water = 1,662
Residential Homes Vacant Status per USPS and no Active Water and viewed by Code Compliance as Appears Vacant in the 12 months = 356
Residential Homes no Active Water and viewed by Code Compliance as Appears Vacant in the 12 months = 616
Residential Homes Viewed by Code Compliance as Appears Vacant in the 12 months (not including water or usps) = 1,120
All property types Viewed by Code Compliance as Appears Vacant in the last 12 months (not including water or usps) = 1,375
Active Vacant Property Registrations = 267 (updated*)
Rental Registration:
Properties with Rental Registrations on file with County Auditors Office = 18,786
Properties with Rental Registrations on file with County Auditors Office as an exception of being Vacant=686
Properties that are Suspected Rentals in City of Toledo per algorithm =32,818
