Body

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:

This Ordinance authorizes the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Bender Communications Inc. for a four-year agreement to perform police radio maintenance. A bid was posted on Planet Bids and the winning bidder was Bender Communications, Inc. This contract covers repairs and labor, preventative maintenance, testing, calibration, and reconditioning. This agreement will enable the department to reliably budget for the four year costs of Motorola police radio maintenance.
