Summary

 

1.      Request for a zone change from RS6 Single Family Residential, IL Limited Industrial and IG General Industrial to IG for the property located at 3900 N. Summit Street.

                     (Z-1022-24) (4) The Plan Commission recommends approval.

 

2.                      Request for a zone change from POS Parks and Open Space, and IG General Industrial to IG for the property located at 173 South Avenue and 0 South Avenue. (Z-1001-24) (3) The Plan Commission recommends approval.

 

3.                      Request for a Special Use Permit for Community Recreation- Active for the property located at 1825 Glendale Avenue. (SUP-1016-24) (4) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to 19 conditions.

 

4.                      Request for an amendment to a Special Use Permit to add modular classrooms to an existing school for the property located at 4255 Bellevue Road. (SUP-1017-24) (5) The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to 25 conditions.
