The purpose of this Ordinance is to provide funding for the 2026 Party in the Park series, running every Friday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, in alignment with the city’s plan for increased activation in downtown Toledo. This plan aims to drive visitors, residents, and investment to downtown Toledo, supporting the ongoing redevelopment of the city’s core downtown business district.
