•What percentage of alleys have been cleaned this year? When will all the cleanups be completed?

Our Alley Crews completed 190% of the Alleys.

We completed 43 Alley maps and then completed 39 out of 43 Alley Maps for the second time.

We cleaned up 3,603,780 Lbs. of debris

And removed 2915 Tires from the Alleys

We will continue where we left off in the rotation when leaves are complete and weather permitting.

•Please provide a list of all alleyways that have been graded this year. Please provide a list of all alleyways that have been graded in 2024.

See attached list for alleys graded in 2024 and 2025 in separate tabs. Note, much more grading was done in 2024 (421 alley segments) versus 2025 (15 alley segments).

•Please provide a list of all alleyways that have been stoned this year. Please provide a list of all alleyways that have been stoned in 2024.

Stoned as needed (no lists of alleys stoned)

•Please provide a list of all alleyways that have been patched this year. Please provide a list of all alleyways that have been patched in 2024.

We patch alleys but do not attach alley assets to work orders in Cityworks, only for street pothole repairs. There were 3 closed alley pothole repair work orders in 2024 and 0 in 2025.

•How many open work orders are there for alleyways that need to be graded? How many open work orders are there for alleyways that need to be stoned? How many open work orders are there for alleyways that need to be patched?

2024 Alley Grading Work Orders -

oClosed/Completed = 7

oPending = 6

2025 Alley Grading Work Orders -

oClosed/Completed = 30

oPending = 1

There are no pending work orders for alleys to stoned or patched.

• What are the 5 most common reasons for denial of a residential handicap parking spot?

Off street parking is available, such as a driveway, parking pad or garage.

On street parking is not at a premium (no extensive use of parking by residents and visitors of the street.)

(There really aren't 5 top reasons. These two are the most common reasons we deny.)
