Body

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:

Ordinance 441-22 authorized a one (1) year lease and a one-year renewal on a 1,475 sq. ft. space used for the customer service walk in area located on the ground floor of The Ohio Building for customers to be able to come in person to pay their bills and ask questions about their account.
