Body

Referral Response:

We looked at 2026 data (bulk policy effective January 5th). Anecdotal reports that when blight crew shows up for Work Order, the items are already gone. This is reflected in many of the WO comments.

Table. Non Compliant Bulk - Days WO created until Closed. Data is over a 3 month period, from January through end of March.

Notes to keep in mind:

-Often when the WO is closed, the comment is that items have been picked up or "nothing found."

- Significant snow & ice season

-We will review numbers again March through end of May.
