Body

Referral Response:

Our Fleet Division has determined that it will be more cost-effective in the long term to migrate all of our automated vehicle tracking and maintenance programs to CityWorks rather than continuing to pay for a second software system dedicated only to our fleet.  We currently use a system called FASTER. ICT is in agreement that it makes sense to fully utilize the CityWorks platform rather than pay for two systems.

A quote detailing the migration is attached.  The budget is slightly higher than the quote to account for any issues that arise during migration that might fall outside the original scope of the quote.
