Response: All cell phone expenses (including TPD & TFRD) flow through the Information Technology budget and are charged back to the other departments on a monthly basis.  IT subscribes to a service that analyzes and optimizes plans monthly, ensuring that devices are on the appropriate plan for current usage and that any unused devices are disconnected.
