Engage Toledo costs are charged to user departments for phone calls, emails, and service requests through the Engage Toledo chargeback account, which is part of the overall service budget and is distributed across multiple funds.
$2,500,000 is budgeted for 2026 for the Utilities Administrative Services Fund (6078), and that budget amount is based on the previous year’s calls, emails, and service requests that Engage Toledo handled for utility customers.
