Please provide the scope of work and the contract for Violence Reduction Council Coordinator contract with Hospital Council of Northwest Ohio.

I've attached the original contract from the Network of Practice Grant through JHU and the updated draft agreement. You'll notice the updated contract has $87,249, not $66,355 as noted in the ordinance. This is because the government shutdown led to delays in submitting the final grant award modification to the feds in order to make this adjustment. We did not want to delay the ordinance, because we continue to work with HCNO and do not want to delay the contract and disrupt work any further. The $66,355 ordinance covers 8 of the 10 case reviews. We will need to go after legislation in 2027 for the remaining amount.
