Referral Response:
Water Distribution Local 7 employees are doing the installation work. The proposed ordinance is to continue program management services that we need to manage the installation program. The scope of work for those services are included in referral 75. Without these program management services, we will be unable to efficiently and effectively complete the installation of the remaining meters.
