Referral Response:

 

We expect to reduce/eliminate some of our annual fees for services we’ll no longer need (printing paystubs, onboarding with NeoGov, SAP payroll-related expenses, etc.). The annual subscription costs will vary slightly depending on total number of employees in any given year. While we plan to manage the daily software maintenance internally, any new modules, enhancements or urgent break/fix would require support services and likely incur a fee. Columbus did not have unplanned costs.
