Please release the dollar results of the RFPs. Also if Council Delays the HCM decision to January 2025, is there additional costs for a 1 month delay?

This table shows the costs for other HCM systems as part of the RFP response.
Through the process, we chose our top four vendors (Alight, Guidehouse, OnActuate, UKG) and did extensive demos, reference checks, scoring, etc.
From our top 4, we narrowed it down to a top two (Alight and OnActuate) and did a formal “Best and Final Offer” (BAFO) for pricing, which is how we landed at the numbers presented today.
If we sign the contract after Dec. 31, 2024, the Dayforce costs will increase by $336,294 over the five-year contract.
