Fourteen (14) customers pay in cash per day at the Ohio Building.
Through November, an average of approximately 59 pieces of mail per day are deposited in the dropbox YTD. Of the 130,000 customers the department has, 4,140 of them used the dropbox in 2024 (3.18% of the customer base).
