Regarding using ARPA money for the new splash pad- If the city gets the federal grant in November of 2024, can that money reimburse the ARPA money we spent? Can the grant be used for revenue replacement?

Referral Response:
The federal grant cannot reimburse money previously spent for the splash pad. Should the city be awarded the federal grant in November 2024, the federal grant will be used for the splash pad and the ARPA money would be repurposed for another eligible use prior to year-end.
