Provide a 3 year annual report on datapoint regarding usage: cost- daily, weekly, monthly, refunds; frequently visited areas/stores, registration obstacles, type, average time used, numbers of complaints, concerns, requests for technical assistance
Provide future developments on points featured on page 5 in the RFP
Provide information on Employee trends: pay, responsibilities, turnover, etc.

Attached are documents answering the questions referred to TDOT by City Council. Traffic Management is also in the process of creating signs with VEO that will be posted at main scooter parking locations. These signs will have information to the public such as proper usage of the scooter along with how to contact VEO if needed.
