It would cost the city approximately $27,300 to implement tracking software on our golf carts. There would be additional costs if we wanted to extend that service to our utility carts and mowers.
After discussing our options with the golf course management company, we all agreed that there are multiple no cost options that we should implement to tighten security around our cart barns and maintenance facilities before making the investment in tracking software.
