Body

Referral Response:

Hello Councilmembers:

As you are aware, the Department of Economic Development has been charged by Council to implement this program. We regularly meet with the Departments of Finance, Parks, Transportation and Public Service to review project statuses and update our master budget spreadsheet.

Attached for your reference is a copy of this master budget document. Below are the confirmed up-to-date DIP balances for each of the districts.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Lastly, I intend to work with Council and Council’s Chief of Staff over the next few months to propose revisions to the program guidelines to improve the program and make it easier to allocate funding to projects.

•                     District 1:      $111,273.97

•                     District 2       $233,300.67

•                     District 3       $262,823.67

•                     District 4:      $142,423.42

•                     District 5:      $235,972.09
