The administration will be amending the budget to eliminate the vacant position for a 4th PIO.
The 3 current PIOs share responsibility over different functional areas of the team's work. We desire to create individualized roles which would focus on each of the following areas.

Media Relations and Records Requests
- managing press conferences
- public talking points
- press releases
- media inquiries
- records requests
Project Management
- manages large scale projects and assists in work assignments
- manages department calendars and department requests
- supports internal activities including RFPs, invoicing, and payroll
- supports department initiatives, data collection, and reporting
- maintains regular meeting schedule with departments and coordinates timely communication
Internal Communication

- supporting EEC activities and events

- HR recruitment support and campaign development
