Did we incur and continue to incur added expenses by taking the salt off the riverfront?

Referral Response:
The salt pile was not moved off of the riverfront, it was moved down the riverfront to a different location. Salt is still delivered by ship which we deem the most cost-effective method, and no additional costs are incurred in this location.
