COUNCILMAN MELDEN PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING 2 ITEMS FROM THE
DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING & CODE COMPLIANCE:
Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an amended professional
services contract with SAFEbuilt Ohio, LLC.; authorizing the
expenditure in an amount not to exceed $200,000 annually over
the term of the contract; waiving the competitive procurement
provisions of Toledo Municipal Code Chapter 187; and
declaring an emergency.
Authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed
$25,000 annually from the General Fund for professional
building inspection services provided through a Mutual Aid
Agreement with Lucas County; and declaring an emergency.
COUNCILWOMAN MORRIS PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING ITEM FROM THE
TOLEDO CITY PLAN COMMISSION:
Authorizing the Mayor to accept and deposit funds in the
amount of $275,000 from the Board of Lucas County
Commissioners for the Lucas County General Planning
Program; and declaring an emergency.
THE CLERK REPORTS:
Amending Ord. 431-24 by removing seven parcels from the
previously approved zone change; and declaring an emergency.
