Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract with DGL  
Consulting Engineers, LLC for a safety study for Secor Road;  
authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed  
$95,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for said study;  
authorizing the Mayor to waive competitive bidding  
requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an  
emergency.

Senior Apartments, LLC, located at 4943 Angola Road

exceed $94,000 from the Sewer Operating Fund to  
provide payment for emergency pump & equipment

emergency.  
COUNCILMAN SARANTOU PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING 11 ITEMS FROM  
THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE:  
Appropriating from various funds to individual  
accounts for the current expenses and other expenses  
of the City of Toledo for the fiscal year ending  
December 31, 2026; and declaring an emergency.  
Attachments:  
Approving the Capital Improvement Budget and Road  
Improvement Budget for the years 2026 - 2030;  
authorizing the appropriation of $77,447,820 for  
capital projects; and declaring an emergency.  
Attachments:  
Appropriating money for current ordinary expenditures of  
the various departments for the City of Toledo for the first  
quarter (January, February and March) of 2026; and  
declaring an emergency.  
Attachments:  
Declaring the necessity of providing sprinkling, sweeping,  
cleaning and snow removal services for streets, alleys and  
public ways in the City; providing for the assessment of the
