County Family and Child First Council (LCFCFC) in  
the amount of $9,750; authorizing the deposit,  
appropriation and expenditure of said funds for MONSE

COUNCILMEMBER KOMIVES PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING 2 ITEMS  
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION:  
Repealing Ordinance 10-25; authorizing the Mayor to enter  
into a contract for emergency repair assessment services to the  
sanitary sewer at Arlington and Francis with Hillabrand & Sons  
Construction, LLC; waiving the competitive bidding provisions  
of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.

Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a cooperative grant

COUNCILMAN MARTINEZ PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING 5 ITEMS FROM THE  
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC UTILITIES:  
Authorizing the Mayor to enter into necessary agreements with  
the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for financial  
assistance provided under the Section 594 Environmental  
Infrastructure (EI) Program for purposes of the installation of  
Water Supply Main Reservoir Connection; authorizing the  
acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of grant  
proceeds in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 in the Water  
Replacement Fund for purposes of the installation of Water  
Supply Main Reservoir Connection; authorizing the  
appropriation and expenditure in the amount not to exceed  
$3,333,334 from the Water Replacement Fund for match  
purposes of the design or construction of the installation of  
Water Supply Main Reservoir Connection; authorizing the  
Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for the purchase of  
services and other necessary items to carry out the terms of this  
grant; and declaring an emergency.  
Authorizing the expenditure of $500,000 from the  
Sanitary Sewer Operating Fund for emergency tank  
cleaning and related services to return Gravity  
Thickening Tank 2 to service as quickly as practical to  
reduce potential negative impacts to plant operations  
and Ohio EPA NPDES discharge permit compliance at  
the Bay View Water Reclamation Facility; authorizing  
the mayor to enter into necessary contracts for  
emergency tank cleaning and related services at the Bay  
View Water Reclamation Facility; waiving the

competitive bidding provisions of TMC Chapter 187, as  
needed for emergency tank cleaning of Gravity  
Thickening Tank 2 and related services at the Bay View  
Water Reclamation Facility; and declaring an

Authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for  
construction services to repair a 60-inch steel water  
transmission main; authorizing an expenditure of an amount not  
to exceed $150,000 from the Water Replacement Fund; and  
declaring an emergency.  
Authorizing the Mayor to enter into contract with Crestline  
Paving and Excavating, Company, Inc. for construction services  
for repair of a 30-inch concrete transmission main; authorizing  
an expenditure of an amount not to exceed $128,620 from the  
Water Replacement Fund; waiving the formal competitive  
bidding provisions of the TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an  
emergency.  
Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a month-to-month  
extension of the existing lease with the Ohio Building  
Company, Ltd., for 1,475 square feet of customer  
service space for the Division of Utilities Administration  
located at 420 Madison Avenue; authorizing the  
expenditure of an amount not to exceed $2,700 per  
month over the term of the lease extension; and  
declaring an emergency.  
COUNCILMAN MELDEN PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING 2 ITEMS FROM THE  
DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT:  
Authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed  
$80,000 from the General Fund for design services to prepare  
a streetscape plan for the Summit Street Corridor in the Vistula  
Neighborhood; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award  
contracts for professional services for the project; and declaring

Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement with the  
Toledo Mud Hens Baseball Club, Inc. for improvements

amount not to exceed $50,000 from the City Center Tax  
Increment Financing Municipal Fund; and declaring an

COUNCILMAN HOBBS PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING ITEM FROM THE  
DEPARTMENT OF FIRE & RESCUE OPERATIONS:  
Authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts for  
the replacement of obsolete Police and Fire Mobile Data  
Terminals (MDT); authorizing the expenditure of an amount  
not to exceed $845,000 from the Capital Improvement and  
General Fund for said purpose; and declaring an emergency.
