COUNCILMEMBER KOMIVES PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING 3 ITEMS FROM  
THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE:  
Authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed  
$1,100,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the  
replacement of non-emergency vehicles and equipment;  
authorizing the Mayor to accept bids, purchase from Vendor  
lots, purchase used equipment/vehicles, state term purchasing  
agreements and award contracts for purchases; and declaring  
an emergency.  
Authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed  
$500,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the  
replacement of vehicles and equipment for the Police  
Department; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and  
award contracts for purchase(s), materials and  
professional services necessary to complete said  
purchase(s); and declaring an emergency.  
Repealing portions of Chapter 959, of the Toledo Municipal  
Code, including Sections 959.01 through 959.08 “Lots and  
Burials;” Sections 959.10; 959.12; 959.14; and 959.16  
"General Regulations;" and enacting new Toledo Municipal

COUNCILMAN MARTINEZ PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING ITEM FROM THE

Authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and enter into bulk  
chemical supply contracts for a period up to three (3) years with  
an option to renew for up to two (2) additional years for various  
bulk chemicals for use at the Collins Park and Bay View  
Treatment Plants; authorizing expenditures from the Water  
Operating Fund and Sewer Operating Fund; and declaring an  
emergency.  
COUNCILMAN MELDEN PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING ITEM FROM THE  
DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT:  
Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a grant agreement  
with ConnecToledo for the 2025 Summer Concert  
Series at Promenade Park; authorizing the expenditure  
of an amount not to exceed $50,000 from the General  
Fund; and declaring an emergency.  
COUNCIL PRESIDENT HARTMAN PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING ITEM FROM  
THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR:  
Adopting the Peace in Motion Plan, Toledo’s Path to  
Long-term Community Safety as the Official 5 Year Plan for  
Community Safety for the City of Toledo; and declaring an  
emergency.  
COUNCILMAN HOBBS PRESENTS THE FOLLOWING ITEM FROM THE  
DEPARTMENT OF POLICE OPERATIONS:  
Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with  
the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council and to accept  
and deposit an OCJS Violence Against Women Act  
Grant in the amount of $28,508.04 for the Toledo  
Police Department Domestic Violence Unit; authorizing  
the appropriation and expenditure of funds from the  
Operation Grants fund; and declaring an emergency.
