SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This Ordinance authorizes expending an amount not to exceed $115,000 from the appropriated CIP funds for necessary materials and improvements at Forest Cemetery. Together, Road and Bridge Maintenance and Facilities Operations will repair and improve paths & roadways, building fa?ades, and lighting. Repairs and estimated costs include the following:
Path and road /replacement: $60,000
Demolition of garage: $10,000
Lighting upgrades and building fa?ade: $45,000

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That an amount not to exceed $115,000 is authorized for expenditure from the Capital Improvement Fund, Account Code 5040-26100-8CP2319IMPCEM for road and building improvements.

SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to accept bids and award contracts for the improvements specified in Section 1

SECTION 3. That the Director of Finance is authorized to draw his or her warrant or warrants against the Account Code in Section 1 in payment of the above authorized obligations upon presentation of the proper voucher or vouchers
