Title
Authorizing the closure of a portion of Emerald Avenue, between Hobart and South St. Clair, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County Ohio; and declaring an emergency.

Body
SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo is the fee owner of a triangular parcel of land located at 803 S. St. Clair Street (TD 18-72451), also being known as "Maya Park". This parcel is bounded by South St. Clair Street, Hobart Street, and the currently dedicated right-of-way of Emerald Avenue.

SECTION 3. That the closure authorized by this ordinance be properly recorded in the appropriate public records of the office of the L...
