SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
Section 339.09 of the Toledo Municipal Code provides for the restrictions and exceptions of load limited streets. Schedule III of the Traffic Schedules of Part Three of the Toledo Municipal Code designates load limited streets in the City of Toledo. It has become necessary to clarify and update the provision of Schedule III of the Traffic Schedules of Part Three of the Toledo Municipal Code so as to be consistent with the current usage of the roadways system of the City of Toledo. Changes to traffic flow in the City of Toledo's roadway system have occurred via the powers of the Commissioner of Transportation, which have not been reflected in the provisions of the Toledo Municipal Code.
Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That Schedule III, Load Limited Streets of the Traffic Schedules of Part Three of the Toledo Municipal Code, be amended by the addition or amendment of the following roadways:
