SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The Water Reclamation Plant, in an effort to better utilize previously allocated funds, wishes to close old completed project accounts and transfer the remaining fund balances to the Major Pump Station VFD Replacement Project. These various adjustments and line item expenditures and transfers are necessary to comply with agreements and contracts authorized by Ord 185-18.
Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the mayor and the Director of Finance are authorized to disappropriate and transfer $15,169 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4UC1810STDSTD, $285,070 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4UC3913STDSTD, $314,634 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC1510STDSTD, $85,642 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC1610STDSTD.
SECTION 2. Authorizing the appropriation in the amount of $700,515 to the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4UC1118STDSTD.
SECTION 3. That the disappropriation of any remaining budget to fund balance is authorized at project closeout.
SECTION 4. That the Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
