SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:

The fire inspector has access to data anywhere and the ability to email notices and schedule inspections all while remaining in the field. The software provides the ability to: customize forms and notices; manage inspection groups; schedule inspections; issue permits and violations; quickly and accurately compose administrative analytic reports. The software will also increase community safety through a built in smoke alarm program in line with American Red Cross, home fire safety inspections, and community education. The annual costs over the term of the agreement are as follows:
Year 1 - $16,996
Years 2 through 5 - $12,096 annually

The fiscal impact of this ordinance is as follows:
- The amount of funds requested: $16,996.00
