SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo is entering into a grant agreement with Ohio EPA for a Section 319 (h) Grant in the amount of $109,933 to be used to expand on the Detwiler Park Restoration Project. In addition to the grant, match funds in the amount of $73,289 will be utilized from the Stormwater Utility Improvement Grant Fund. These funds are supplementary to a pervious grant agreement with Ordinance 589-19 for the Detwiler Park Restoration Project awarded in 2019, the funds will be used to further expand the restoration work at the site.
