This Ordinance authorizes expending $200,000 from the Law Department's 2021 approved CIP funds for the renovation of the Prosecutor's office space located in the Toledo Municipal Court House. Funds are available for expenditure from the approved 2021 Capital Improvement Budget.

SECTION 1. That the sum of $200,000 is authorized for expenditure from the Capital Improvement Fund, Account Code 5040-12000-8CP2101LAWPRO for the renovation of the Prosecutor's office.

SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to accept bids and award contracts for labor, materials, and professional services necessary for the purposes specified in Section 1 upon terms and conditions acceptable to the Director of Public Service and the Director of Law.
