The City of Toledo's contract with HealthSCOPE Benefits, the incumbent Third Party Administrator (TPA), expires on September 30, 2021. Both the Administration and vendor agree to extend the current agreement through 05/31/2022.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the mayor is authorized to extend the agreement with HealthSCOPE Benefits to provide third party administrator services for a period of an additional eight (8) months and shall contain terms and conditions deemed proper and requisite according to the Director of Law and the Director of Human Resources.
