The City of Toledo Fire and Rescue Department has received a donation of 125 cases of Med X universal disposable protective aprons to be used during emergency medical responses to contain patient bodily particulates from contaminated patients.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the mayor is authorized to accept the donation of 125 Cases of Med X universal disposable protective aprons from The Ohio State University with a total market value of $50,000.

SECTION 2. That the mayor is authorized to execute any necessary agreements for the provision of 125 cases of Med X universal disposable protective aprons to be used by the Department of Fire and Rescue Operations during emergency medical responses to contain patient bodily particulates from contaminated patients.
