SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The Family House HVAC system has failed and there is currently no operable HVAC system within the Family House. Facilities would like to complete the work before the winter months. This Ordinance authorizes the expenditure of $225,000 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the replacement of the Family House HVAC system.
The fiscal impact of this ordinance is as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the sum of $225,000 is authorized for expenditure from the Capital Improvement Fund Account Code 5040-26100-8CP1924FHHVAC for the replacement of the HVAC system at The Family House.

SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to accept bids and award contracts for the purposes specified in Section 1.
